Team Member (Part-time)

Overview:
We are looking for another person to join the Bubbs’ Bagels & Coffee team. The position is a combination of weekdays and weekends and all shifts are between 6am and 4pm. Team members will rotate between cash register, coffee bar, bagels, dishes, and general cleaning. Team members will have the opportunity to guide and improve how we operate to create an engaging workplace and something positive in our community. This position is part time and we are open to 12-32 hours per week. Most shifts are 7-8 hours and we can be flexible on scheduling including shorter shifts but we do need at least some availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Bubbs' Bagels & Coffee opened in October 2022 and we have continued to grow quickly. We are looking for an additional team member or two to join the team to support the additional volume. We expect continued growth and for those that are interested there can be opportunities for growth or additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of all team members will include:

• Provide engaging customer service
• Preparing bagel orders
• Serving craft coffee drinks
• Washing dishes and general shop cleaning
• Provide feedback on workflows and opportunities for improvement
• Other food service duties

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Oriented
• Strong Work Ethic
• Willing To Voice Their Opinion
• Food Service and/or Coffee Bar Experience Preferred
• Lift 20 Pounds (50 Pounds Preferred)
• Stand For A Full Shift (except breaks)
• CA Food Handler Card is Required (We Will Cover The Cost)
• Cleared To Work In The United States

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
