- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- The IT Network Engineer is responsible for the planning, installation, modification, and maintenance of the organizations network infrastructure including but not limited to the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network (WLAN).
- EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer related field and/or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
- WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Cisco VOIP technologies.
- Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of core technologies, including Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, and Meraki.
