Host(ess)/Expo
Our host / hostess is responsible for providing the first impression of our company to our guests. They report to the FOH managers. Must have an eye for detail and a passion for friendly service.
These positions can work 3 - 5 days a week, and schedules can be very flexible to accommodate your busy life. However, as a restaurant our largest volume of business occurs on weekends therefore preference will be given to those with weekend availability.

To be considered we require:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about making the bar and restaurant a success
- Attentive to providing an exceptional dining experiences for our guests
- Honest and reliable and have strong work ethics
- Able to work flexible shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to do things the hard way in order to make sure they are done right
- Team player
- Dependable and positive attitude
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, processes, and procedures
- Motivation to assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant
- Dedication to ensure everything we serve is fresh and of the highest quality
- Ability to work in a clean and organized manner and pay attention to details
- Commitment to company policies and procedures as indicated in the employee handbook
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully and maintain good communication with managers and colleagues.
The best candidates will have:
- Willingness to learn and advance (3 of our current servers began as hosts)
- Interest in long-term employment
Position includes working evenings, weekends and some holidays on a rotation basis.
