Bucklin Tractor & Implement Co. (BTI) is looking for a highly motivated Integrated Solutions Specialist to join our team in our Hoxie location. An Integrated Solutions Specialists primary responsibility is to collaborate and work alongside the sales department; work in an efficient manner and coordinate activities with other Integrated Solutions Specialists; solicit sales opportunities and report them to sales; maintain an excellent standard of customer service; maintain and repair equipment, as needed; maintain inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Department by:
- Making sure the right equipment is sold to the customer
- Coordinating maintenance/updates on customers’ equipment
- Training/informing salesmen about both current and new products
- Supporting the sale and use of all BTI Precision Ag services
- Completing all work timely, sold as value added service agreements and equipment startups
- Maintain excellent customer service by:
- Taking care of all Precision Ag customers
- Answering all direct phone calls and Call Center request helping customer in timely manner
- Making deliveries and service calls, as needed
- Treating each customer with respect
- Billing customer for work completed in a timely manner
- Sell/Maintain customers’ equipment by:
- Working with customer to make sure they understand their new systems
- Offering customer training on Precision Ag equipment
- Answering all Precision Ag service calls and maintain equipment, as needed
- Keeping paperwork and sales/part tickets up-to-date and closed timely
- Billing customer for all labor performed on their behalf
- Track all labor and services performed against value added service agreements
- Maintain inventory by:
- Making sure all inventory is accounted for in your possession
- Being able to account for all inventory in Stores G warehouse and out as temporary loaner
- Working with the Parts Department to make sure all inventory remains accounted for
- Ordering inventory, as needed
- Working with Finance Manager to make sure all AMS equipment gets settled in a timely manner
- Being responsible for departmental functions as assigned by the entire group or management
- Promote professionalism in all aspects and functions within the Ag Solutions Department
- Completing all required training and be willing to attend out of area training as assigned
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- 1 years experience in an agriculture-related role
- Basic understanding of electrical and wireless communication systems
- Knowledge of database software and computer application systems
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and within a group

Qualifications
Salary : $35,500 - $45,000
