Position Summary
This position will be the main contact for all French speaking Canadian customers. It will require the candidate to be fluent in French and English. The person in this role will be responsible for “Order Management” including customer experience, order processing, invoicing, consignment inventory processing and exception management for all Canada customers as well as some US export customers. The position will also act as back up to two existing export coordinators as well as the rest of the NA customer service team. The person in this role will need to manage a large volume of day-to-day order entry as well as some data gathering for analysis.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Managing all incoming sales orders from Canada
- Perform invoicing function for Canada customers
- Manage reagent sales for Canada customers and ensure SAP processing is completed
- Manage consignment inventory accounts and perform monthly processing for Canada customers
- Manage some US Export shipments and be able to back up the other two export coordinators
Essential Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, manufacturing industry preferred
- SAP experience preferred, proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Completion of college level studies preferred
