Job Duties: Operate drills, grinders, presses, burners, and other production equipment Perform calculations & Read a blueprint and measure parts to 1/32 of an inch Record quality exceptions Work well with others Promote a Safety attitude Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Reliability High school diploma or GED Must possess high safety awareness Ability to fully understand and read a tape measure Good problem solving and communication skills Basic computer skills Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
