Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Account Executives ready to join our fast-growing company and make an impact. As an Account Executive within our Enterprise Sales Division, you will play a critical role in our rapidly expanding B2B penetration throughout the country. On a daily basis, you will interact with customers in the commercial and residential construction, roofing, remodeling and restoration industries. Your role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and selling new accounts while also utilizing industry data to generate business.
Responsibilities
- Independently create detailed business plans to facilitate business growth and revenue
- Ability to utilize industry data and trends to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth
- Learn and execute proven prospecting and sales processes to generate and close new sales opportunities
- Map prospective accounts and opportunities for organizational structure and existing accounts
- Establish relationships with senior executives in target accounts to understand business needs
- Run new business appointments to keep sales pipeline full
- Ability to leverage CRM software to manage prospect list as well as keeping client records and data
- Follow up to book meetings with leads that are generated by marketing team
Requirements
- Must have a proven track-record in sales and gaining new business accounts
- Highly motivated, self-starter that is able to work independently while also being a team player
- Able to thrive and adapt in a growing and ever-changing environment
- Highly organized, displays time management skills
- Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
- Must be familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- 3-5 years prior sales/relevant experience required
