Position Description:
Provide support to the Back House.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Scrape and wash dishware, cutlery, glasses, and all cooking pots, and utensils.
· Report any inventory shortages to the Executive Chef.
· Ensure that all glass ware, dishes, cutlery, and cook ware is clean.
· Operate commercial dishwasher.
· Follow all food safety ordinances and regulations.
· Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
· Monitor equipment and report any maintenance concerns as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Comply with Title 31 training requirements.
· Obtain and maintain food handler’s permit.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years.
· Requires food handler’s permit.
Licensing:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements:
Shift: Part-Time (Wed - Sun)
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
