Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth and efficient food delivery
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with customers and servers to address any concerns or special requests promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests
Experience:
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff, servers, and customers
- Culinary background or training is beneficial but not required
