Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to club members and guests in a fine dining setting
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to service standards
- Anticipate and address guests' needs proactively to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table setup and side work
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
