Required Qualifications
- Connecticut Supervisor’s License – Category 3A (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional tick or pest control experience
- Experience working on residential properties
- Comfortable performing tick treatments as part of the role
- Strong customer communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support field technicians
- Uphold and implement company standards
- Hold technicians accountable for service quality, safety, and performance
- Perform residential tick treatments as needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding services
