We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Asset Management and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role is critical maintain accountability for the management of all IT assets for Build-A-Bear and ensure proper focus is placed on asset management to positively impact our cost of doing business and our ability to grow and scale.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and oversee the deployment and distribution of assets to end-users or relevant departments throughout their lifecycle
- Develop and implement asset lifecycle management processes, including retirement and disposal procedures
- Manage the creation and deployment of Intune and Configuration Manager asset policies, profiles and configurations.
- Hardware/Software deployment and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 year degree in Information Technology
- 5 years' experience in both asset management systems and IT hardware/software administration
- IT A Certification in asset management
- Powershell Scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
- Certification in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and/or Azure
