This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Design, Structural Design, and Production Manager based in New Haven, CT, with some flexibility for remote work. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design and production process, from architectural and structural coordination through manufacturing execution. The position manages day-to-day design workflows, structural coordination, and production planning to ensure projects move efficiently from concept through fabrication. Responsibilities include coordinating architectural and structural design efforts, translating designs into production-ready documentation, overseeing quality control, managing production teams, and continuously improving design and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in architectural design coordination, structural design management, and production
- Basic understanding of panelized or modular construction systems, or at least home building
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams spanning design, engineering, and production
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in construction manufacturing, panelized systems, or off-site fabrication is a strong plus
