- Incident Resolution: Address and resolve user-reported incidents efficiently through our help desk ticketing system.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and IP phones.
- Hardware Configuration: Configure hardware for deployment to both new and existing users, ensuring optimal performance.
- Imaging Mastery: Utilize imaging software such as Ghost and Acronis Snap Deploy to image devices effectively.
- Network Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot network-related connectivity issues to maintain a robust and stable network environment.
