Windows & Doors By Brownell a BMD company is seeking a Parts and Service Technician. Windows & Doors By Brownell believes in the product we sell, the employees we have and that the customer experience matters. We are an employee-owned (ESOP), specializing in the retail, residential, commercial and installed sales of the Marvin product with two Marvin Design Gallery Showrooms in Williston, VT and West Lebanon, NH. 

Parts & Service Technician

Job Description:

This position involves retail sales focusing on parts and service needs. This individual is primarily responsible for assisting customers in purchasing parts and obtaining warranty parts for their Marvin Windows and Doors.

An important component of this position is supporting our Service and Parts Department by processing warranty claims, maintaining inventory of all standard parts, scheduling appointments and other office based tasks.

This person will also support our Service Department by assisting in the field servicing of the products we sell. This will involve working directly with our Service Technicians or independently at a variety of residential homes or jobsites and commercial projects.

This position requires:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Essential computer skills
• Strong phone and email etiquette
• High level of organization
• Willingness to learn
• Trouble shooting skills
• Ability to learn the options available from Marvin Windows and Doors (training provided)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs

An absolute must, this position requires focusing on customer service. As such, this person will consistently and effectively communicate with all customers in a positive, helpful manner.
