Summary:
Preparing, standing, and IMP wall panels and associated work. Person must be able to safely, efficiently, and physically perform the following work tasks on the job.
Includes but not limited to:
- Ensure personal, team, and jobsite safety
- Equipment inspections
- Operate small tools
- Operate boom and scissor lifts
- Maintain BZI certifications and Health and Safety rules
- Damage prevention to material, building, and equipment
- Ensure profitability through efficiency, safety, and personal growth
- Communicate and work professionally with teammates and other trades on the job
- Work well in a team environment
- Physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP)
- General knowledge of equipment and preventative maintenance
- 1-2 years of field building construction experience preferred
- 1-2 years of steel, and wall erection experience preferred
- Safe, positive, and openminded attitude
- Actively promote and strengthen our safe, efficient and collaborative culture
- Able to travel and work in different states
