Overview
As our Field Assistant Superintendent, you will assist the Field Superintendent in overseeing and managing the field workforce of the project by ensuring the work is completed on schedule, within budget and to the quality standards defined by Buildings By Design, LLC.
To thrive in this role, you must have an understanding of all phases of building construction, have the ability to read and interpret plans, and assist in managing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling the rate of construction progress.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring that it aligns with the project schedule
- Collaborate with subcontractors and ensure they are meeting performance and quality standards
- Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment
- Demonstrates initiative and proactively manages day-to-day tasks and challenges encountered on the project site
Additional Information:
Pay: $60,000-$80,000 per year
