We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Auto Detailer to join our team. The Auto Detailer will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and polishing of vehicles, ensuring they look their best. This position demands physical fitness to carry equipment and work in outdoor bays throughout the year, while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Vehicle Detailing: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and upholstery cleaning.
Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to every aspect of vehicle cleanliness, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Equipment Operation: Operate power tools, pressure washers, and cleaning chemicals to effectively clean and polish vehicles.
Ability to Lift: Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds of equipment and materials.
Weather Tolerance: Work in outdoor bays regardless of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Fast-Paced Environment: Keep up with a fast-paced workflow, delivering high-quality results efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles post-detailing to ensure that the quality meets company standards.
Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain all equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and provide exceptional service, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in auto detailing is preferred, but not required.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
