PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents the essential tasks performed by the position. Maintains and respects confidentiality of all information acquired. |

2. |
Prepares classroom lessons and activities in coordination with certified employees. |
|
3. |
Works with small groups of students to reinforce material. |
|
4. |
Supervises students in classes taught by outside agencies. |
|
5. |
Assists individual students in need of special attention. |
|
|
Guides independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work. |
|
6. |
Prepares class displays and bulletin boards as appropriate. |
|
7. |
Checks notebooks, corrects papers, and supervises make up work and/or testing. |
|
8. |
Assists in duties relating to supervision of student activities in any area on school campus where students are present as assigned by the principal. |
|
9. |
Operates office, audio/visual, and technology equipment. |
|
10. |
Attends required professional development programs. |
|
11. |
Performs all other duties as may be assigned for the benefit of school programs. |
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: |
School days and hours per year as designated in a one-year work agreement. Salary to be established with the Board. |

EVALUATION: |
Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel. |
