About the Role
The Transaction Analyst will provide critical project management and transaction support to a high-volume real estate team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who have a go-getter attitude and are hungry to grow. The position is a temporary, full-time role with an estimated length of 12 months, offering an opportunity for contract renewal for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support real estate project and transaction execution.
- Coordinate, manage, and track project information, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with market surveys, due diligence, and financial analysis preparation.
- Aggregate, validate, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure data integrity across all projects and team processes.
- Perform complex ad hoc projects as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years of real estate, leasing, or transaction experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial and real estate principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (database and modeling experience preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Research, Construction, Economics, or Business.
- Experience in industrial or retail asset classes
