What You’ll Do:

• Review, submit, and follow up on insurance claims for multiple dental offices
• Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and discrepancies with persistence and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Complete insurance eligibility checks and most insurance breakdowns for all offices
• Assist with patient account billing, adjustments, and EOB (Explanation of Benefits) reconciliation
• Maintain organized, accurate records and ensure follow-ups are completed on time
• Communicate clearly and kindly with both office teams and insurance companies
• Contribute to monthly reporting and process improvements
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of dental or medical billing and claims experience (dental preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, CDT/CPT codes, and claim submission
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Clear, professional, and courteous communication style
• Experience with dental software (e.g., Open Dental, DentalXChange) a plus
