Job Summary: Busser plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant. This position is key to ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly after customers leave, taking all dishes, silverware, and glasses to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Wipe down tables and seats, resetting them with clean tableware and condiments.
• Sweep and mop floors in the dining area, cleaning up spills and debris to maintain a neat environment.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, countertops, and other customer-facing areas.
• Restock dining area supplies such as napkins, straws, condiments, and cleaning materials.
• Assist other staff members with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after business hours.
• Provide quick and courteous service to guests as needed.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
