Role Description
Burgin Platner & Company is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service personal insurance accounts. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients while collaborating with insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage and pricing. Serving as the primary liaison for clients, you'll manage policy questions, maintain detailed records, educate clients on their coverage choices, and oversee all aspects of personal lines service. You'll also play an active role in a collaborative, customer-focused team environment. This hybrid role allows for two remote workdays per week, with primary office locations in Danvers or Quincy, MA.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A valid insurance license
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
