You will be the onsite leader of the construction process. You will be responsible for safety enforcement and best practices. Your leadership will include acting as the liaison among all trades. You will work with your team to establish the construction schedule and facilitate the delivery of established milestones. You must be willing to work throughout the United States. Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Construction working experience
- Must have excellent working knowledge of computers
- Must have strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel
You must have extensive verifiable professional experience in commercial project construction. Our choice candidate should be fluent in the latest technology including various construction software, CPM Scheduling, Excel and Word. Our candidate must be very organized, and prepared to succeed.
