Assistant Manager Wanted
Centerville Pointe Apartments – Garland, TX
Would you like to become part of a national full-service multifamily property management company that values superior service to its residents and promotes professional growth for its employees? Burlington Capital Properties has a great opportunity available to assist in the management of our Centerville Pointe apartment community in Garland, Texas. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented individual with experience in leasing, administration, and management. LIHTC experience required.
This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, with some Saturday hours (schedule to be discussed during interviews).

The successful candidate will:
- Assist the property manager with daily operations
- Interact and communicate effectively with site personnel, residents and prospective residents
- Assist in the daily operations of the Community
- Perform leasing functions including: greeting, touring, and qualifying prospective residents
- Preparing documentation
- Completing move-in and move out procedures
- Interact daily with prospective residents to achieve occupancy goals
- Participate in resident retention/relations
- Perform administrative duties
- Participate in all staff meetings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum of two years administrative/management experience
- Minimum one year leasing experience
- Section 8 and LIHTC experience required
- Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
- Basic understanding of the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public
- Ability to meet required work hours, to include evenings and weekends
- Basic math, organizational, and computer skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member required
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record may be required
- Bilingual a plus
