About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Cut Machine Operator to join our team in Wisconsin, WI. As a Pre-Cut Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the pre-cut machine to ensure efficient and accurate production of materials. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all materials are produced to the highest quality standards and meet customer specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is a full-time position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating pre-cut machines or similar equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with CNC machines
Responsibilities:
