Basic Function - Sheet all vinyl stock to the specifications of the job. Square cut vinyl sheets to specifications.
Specific Duties
- Sheet all jobs to the specified dimension.
- Verify color (using color deck and P.D.#) to job jacket specifications.
- Run rewinder when necessary.
- Hold tolerances according to company standards.
- Record date and quantity and initial operation on job jacket.
- Ensure that a quality product is being produced.
- Keep immediate work area clean and orderly.
- Perform all other tasks as required.
