Responsibilities for Scheduler :
Schedule available employees to meet facility needs
Prepare schedule for new employees
Daily documentation on required forms
Tracking of vacation time, absences, weekend make up shifts etc.
Attends meetings and in-services as required
Other duties as requested
Qualifications for Scheduler :
High School diploma
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills and the ability to record information
Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures
Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position
Ability to read, write and speak the English language
