MEMBERSHIP SALES SPECIALIST
Burn Boot Camp Rochester North is looking for highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and hard working Membership Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The Membership Sales Specialist plays an integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. The position requires the Membership Sales Specialist to be a leader on the sales team, with a strong focus on fitness product and brand knowledge, while closing membership sales and bringing a sales minded attitude and fostering the growth of community in and out of the gym.

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS

AM Shift (4:15am-11:00am) and/or

PM Shift (4:00pm-8:00pm) plus

1-2 Saturday Mornings per month (7:45am-12:00pm)

**25-40 HOURS PER WEEK AVAILABLE**

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engage with current and potential customers to promote and sell memberships
• Welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and nutrition products
• Self motivated and takes initiative
• An interest in wellness and fitness is required
• Provide excellent high-quality service and build strong relationships with members
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Previous experience in membership sales in the fitness industry, or salons, restaurants, and retail sales environments required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the gym and brand as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present memberships to current or prospective members, and be able to ask for the sale
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone calls
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area and studio
• Other duties as assigned
