Full-time, days (M-F)
JOB SUMMARY
Greet, register, and schedule patients, verify insurance coverage, answer/redirect phone calls. Collect co-pays and up-front payments. Assist with other registration responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
Clerical experience and/or previous registration experience is preferred.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, compassionate personality, ability to multi-task, self-starter, and a team player.
Medical field background a plus, but not necessary.
