Burnett Medical Center is located in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our long term care nursing home.
This position is a benefit-eligible position, including health, dental, vision along with employer paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance. We offer PTO and up to a 3% match for our 401k retirement plan.
Shift & Hours
2:00pm - 10:30pm; varied days, includes every other weekend; rotating holidays
Shift differential available for PM shift

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred.
- Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire.
