This position will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, handling inquiries/complaints, documenting and updating member accounts, assisting with troubleshooting, resolving product issues, as well as developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services.. Requirements:
  • Previous customer service/sales a plus
  • Bilingual NBNN
  • Must be comfortable using multi-line phone
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
