We're expanding our presence in Nashville, TN, and seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in guiding high-net-worth clients through their financial journeys, delivering personalized strategies that align with their goals for wealth preservation, growth, and legacy planning—while also helping to build and grow our local Nashville office.


You'll primarily help our team maintain and serve our national client base while proactively working alongside the Partners of the firm contributing to local business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with approximately 100 of our current client households, serving as their primary advisor and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. All client relationships include a Client Service Associate, Associate Advisor, Wealth Advisor, and full access to our internal CPA team, so you will have a strong support system.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including retirement strategies, tax-efficient investment management, and estate planning utilizing advanced technology and tools like eMoney, Income Lab, Holistiplan, and Wealth.com to deliver the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment analysts, financial planners, and our tax group, to deliver seamless service and integrated solutions.
  • Participate in business development efforts, such as networking events, client referrals, and local community engagement, to expand the firm's client base and grow our Nashville office.
  • Help develop and mentor other team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with the firm's client-centric values and high standards of service.


Qualifications:

  • Series 65 or 66 license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation required; additional certifications such as CFA or CPA, are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a similar advisory role, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset will be required to help us build and grow our local office presence.


Compensation – Salary Quarterly Variable Compensation

  • Starting base salary - $125,000 - $150,000 DOE
  • A generous quarterly variable compensation plan based on new client assets (w/ an ongoing quarterly revenue trail)
  • Total first year cash compensation target of $175,000 - $200,000
  • Additional compensation provided for advisors bringing existing client relationships to the firm
