JOB TITLE: PM Housekeeping Attendant (afternoon and evening shifts)
Shift may change according to season, currently we are looking for a PM attendant.
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Director and Assistant Director of Maintenance
COMPENSATION: Hourly

POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The housekeeping attendant position reports directly to Director of Maintenance and his Assistant This position will be working in all aspects of the Club?s housekeeping and will be responsible for maintaining all public spaces cleanliness. Overall cleaning duties include indoor and outdoor areas for the Clubhouse and all other club buildings (tennis, pool, and halfway house), to ensure a pleasurable experience for the Club?s visiting members, at all times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The housekeeping attendant position is responsible for:
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Clubhouse and other club buildings (tennis, pool, half-way house)
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the Club entrance and lobby area, hallway, elevator, and all member areas as assigned.
- Maintain all member and staff bathrooms cleanliness throughout the day by ensuring regular rounds and upkeep
- Perform general cleaning duties, i.e., care for carpet, vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal as per daily, weekly assignments.
- Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings in member areas
- Wipe down tables, chairs and keep furniture in order in all member spaces, including elevators and landings.
- Respond to member and supervisor requests in a timely fashion as assigned.
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
- Execute special projects when needed
- Help on occasion with coat check during member events

Salary : $32,100 - $40,600
