Responsibilities
- Greet all walk-in customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Promptly respond to customer requests via email and phone.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Make policy recommendations based on client needs and personal goals.
- Process policy changes.
- Work with customers to handle billing and payment issues.
- Follow up on documents that require signature.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills (both verbal and written communications)
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Proficient with technology and working in multiple systems at once
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and dependable
