COMMUNITY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
ADULT SERVICES
SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI AREA
Job Overview:
Burrell is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to provide supervision and support for 8 Community Support Specialists working with clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental health, addictions, or co-occurring disorders.
What you'll get to do:
- Teach, coach and model effective skills for working with clients to help them work towards their goals.
- Regularly review and monitor written documentation, providing corrective feedback to assure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Provide employee coaching and discipline as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or related field
- 1 year experience under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
