Burrito Bistro Mashpee is seeking to hire a full-time, year-round Assistant Manager. Established in 2000, Burrito Bistro is a top-level performing fast-casual restaurant concept. Our menu centers on high-quality fresh ingredients and classic preparation and cooking techniques. Our stores are clean, well-organized, and stimulating. Crew Members have FUN yet go about their work in a very positive professional manner.
At Burrito Bistro, Management roles are an exciting hands-on experience. You will work alongside our Crew Members to ensure the company's operating plan and standards are executed consistently and to the highest degree. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:
- Minimum three years of restaurant experience.
- Experience in both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) is a plus but not necessary.
- Reliable transportation.
- Available days, nights, and weekends.
- 38-45 hrs / minimum five days per week.
Qualified Applicant’s Compensation:
- $24-$26 per/hr
- Paid sick time.
- Meal allowance.
