New Richmond Insurance Agency is seeking a self-motivated and organized licensed customer service representative for a full time position in our New Richmond office. We are a multi-line independent insurance agency, with locations in New Richmond, Menomonie, Medford, River Falls, and Chippewa Falls.
Key Responsibilities for our New Richmond Office include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for coverage analysis, renewal review and re-marketing.
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email.
- Provide prompt and kind service and coverage solutions to all clients.
- Follows agency procedures and processes.
- Keeps abreast of carriers product knowledge and industry changes.
- Utilizes agency management system.
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in personal and commercial insurance preferred.
- Support agency vision for growth and service for existing clients and prospects.
- Ability to multi-task through: billing, endorsements, quotes, renewals, and other policy related items.
- Professional communication in both written and verbal.
- Must be accurate and detailed.
- Ability to keep current of emerging technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
