Scope:
As a Cleaner for Bush Industries, you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities and carry out various cleaning and maintenance duties. You will maintain the facility in a neat and organized fashion by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchenettes or other public areas. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

You will maintain the facility in a neat and organized fashion by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchenettes or other public areas. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Key high-level deliverables will include:
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smell.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
- Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places.
- Remove smudges off windows, mirrors, and doors.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms/kitchenettes and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, restroom/kitchenette fixtures, and mirrors.
- Run powered equipment such as vacuums & carpet shampooer.
- Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
- Coordinating with the area manager to ensure that you always have sufficient cleaning products.
- Inform maintenance manager of anything that is broken or not functioning correctly so that the issue is resolved promptly.
Salary : $22,000 - $27,800
