BSS is currently seeking an IT Service Coordinator who is hungry, humble and smart! Our new teammate is someone who excels at taking great care of current client relationships, helping new clients feel at ease and always thinking of new ways to create a wow experience for both new and current clients. Here are just some of the ways you will be helping us bring people and technology together:
- Act as a point of contact to the client for all types of services requests
- Answer incoming calls projecting empathy and confidence to clients with technology related questions and service requests
- Convert calls into service requests and translate into tickets to be assigned to technician team
- Schedule and dispatch service engineers for remote and onsite service
- Report recurring patterns in tickets

Pay: $36,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
