- Training:
- Conduct Training: Deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for new hires. Teaching cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service skills and quality control inspecting any staff when working as a team.
- Hands-On Training: Provide practical demonstrations of cleaning techniques and the use of equipment.

- Quality Assurance:
- Perform Quality Checks: Regularly inspect cleaning jobs for yourself and team partners to ensure they meet company standards.

- Maintain Standards: Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Mentorship:
- Guide Staff: Act as a mentor to new and less experienced employees, offering guidance and support.
