Responsibilities
- Maintain pricing file in computer.
- Weekly store ad preparations.
- Correctly hanging new sale signs and end cap display signs, ensuring all old signs are removed, new ones are hung up and correct sale information is on display by 7am Wednesday morning.
- Ensuring the correct price tags and temporary price reduction signs are hung throughout the store in correct locations.
- Printing price tags on a timely basis and assisting Department Managers with any other signage needs throughout their department to ensure information is accurately communicated to customers.
- Hanging of weekly price tag changes.
- Verifying price of products on shelves.
- Providing service to departments throughout the store, ensuring they have accurate, well-maintained price tags and signs on shelves and displays. Works well by communicating with department heads.
- Ability to learn and use in-store technology such as the Zebra scan gun, Lexmark Printer and Windows PC with Excel, Outlook, and Brdata pricing software.
- Forming relationships and maintaining open lines of communication with outside product vendors, handling any tags and signage issues.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
