Assistant Coach, Football
Job Duties
The Assistant Football Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Football Coach by coaching student athletes, recruiting, monitoring student athlete academic progress, scheduling, managing travel and scholarships and overseeing the discipline, conduct, and image of the student athlete. This is a professional coaching position and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations.

Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
Firm knowledge of designated sport/ offensive game planning.
Required experience
A. Previous experience as coach and/or player in respective sport.
B. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, admissions and financial aid officers, fellow employees, program boosters, and the public.
Required educational background
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
