We are hiring a full-time Rover Cleaning Specialist for our North Dakota region.
Position Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide professional commercial cleaning services at customer facilities throughout the North Dakota region. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new cleaning team members
Perform professional commercial cleaning services including:
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Sweeping, mopping, and floor care
- Window cleaning
- General facility cleaning
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team when required
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all customer sites
- Travel to various customer locations as scheduled
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time position
- Availability required for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Schedule will vary based on coverage needs and customer requests
Required Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is required
- Prior training in professional or commercial cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive, dependable, and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team when needed
- Must live in Loving/Carlsbad or the surrounding area
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
