Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our team. As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing medical care during emergent and non-emergent transports.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care within the scope of practice of a Paramedic.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to EMT and AEMT crew members.
- Respond to emergent and non-emergent transports.
- Communicate effectively with patients, dispatch, crews, family members, and facility staff.
Requirements
- Graduation from High School or equivalent.
- 19 years old at time of hire for insurance purposes.
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF NR PARAMEDIC CERTIFICATION.
- CURRENT NR PARAMEDIC AND STATE PARAMEDIC (OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN WITHIN 10 DAYS OF HIRE).
Preferred Skills
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and writing patient care reports.
