About the Role
We're hiring a Telephone Sales Representative to be the voice of our brand someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, understands the power of listening, and confidently guides warm leads into scheduled portrait sessions.
This is not cold calling you'll be working with high-interest prospects who are already excited about what we offer. Your ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and match our offerings to their dreams is what will make you and them successful.
What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound calling to warm, high-interest leads
- Taking inbound calls and guiding clients to schedule sessions
- Building rapport with clients and understanding their stories
- Listening with empathy and purpose to align their needs with our offerings
- Managing appointments using CRM and scheduling software
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs (e.g., converting 70% of warm leads to bookings)

Ideal Candidate Has:
- At least 3 years of telephone sales experience
- Comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Tech proficiency with scheduling tools or CRMs (Salesforce, Acuity, etc.)
- The ability to work Tuesday-Saturday on a full-time or part-time schedule
