Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Tampa office in our Third-Party Coverage practice group. This dynamic team handles complex liability coverage matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

We offer a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. Base salary plus non-discretionary bonuses available up to $36k per year.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

• Experience handling third-party liability coverage disputes, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, coverage opinions, coverage position letters, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
