Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. This position requires a blend of sales skills, customer engagement, and attention to sanitation standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store or service area.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices is beneficial for maintaining a clean work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
