Description
A Commercial Sales Administrative Assistant will support the Commercial Sales team in preparing various deliverables. This would include preparing sales quotes; executing orders; creating order presentation PowerPoints; coordinating tradeshows; and lunch & learns.
This position is NOT a remote position. The hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the commercial sales staff with day-to-day operations.
· Maintain the trade show staffing monthly calendar.
· Assist with the preparation of commercial customer sales quotes.
· Assist with the execution of sales orders.
· Assist with creating PowerPoint sales order presentations.
· Assist staff with coordinating tradeshows.
· Must be able to work effectively with all levels of management to cultivate vendor relationships.
· Schedule and coordinate commercial customer lunch & learn events.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field preferred. Designing background, a plus!
- One to three years recent related experience in administrative, customer service, or sales administration is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, multi-task, shift demands, and willingness to be collaborative, and support team efforts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and detail oriented.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 365.
Salary : $22 - $24
