Customer Service
- Understands how the Byrider and CNAC Finance operations work and is able to explain it to customers in everyday terms.
- Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening, determining their needs.
- Treats each customer with courtesy and respect.
Operations
- Sets and achieves a daily and monthly number of sales prospects, phone calls and number of appointments.
- Uses Byrider sales tools to explain the program.
- Serves customers by selling them a dependable vehicle that confirms to their expressed needs and Budget.
- Observes all CNAC guidelines on every deal.
- Understands how to market the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Uses Byrider sales procedures to obtain maximum down payment.
- Drives inventory daily. Advises management of any mechanical or cosmetic problems noticed.
Administration
- Knows and uses CNAC document procedures.
- Knows and uses computer procedures (applications, tracking).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience
One-year direct sales or customer service experience, typing or computer skills, valid driver’s license with good driving record.
